In Celebration of the 50th anniversary of EMS Week

On May 19-25, 2024, the nation will celebrate 50 years of EMS practitioners and the important work they do in our nation's communities. The EMS Week campaign was formalized in 1974 by President Gerald Ford, whose desire was to ensure this heroic community was acknowledged for the indispensable role they play in the healthcare continuum.
